If you want to post a video you can either upload one from your own computer or post some from youtube. In order to do the youtube one, which is easiest you just go to whatever video you want and in the box with all the information about the video it says embeded content. You go to New Video and the options are from File, URL, or Emeded. Click on the embeded one and copy the code from the video onto there. Tell me if you need a little more help.
